CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - The Cedar Rapids Community School District is launching a new mental health initiative with the help of a current member of the Iowa Women’s basketball team.

Washington High School Alum Hannah Stuelke will be back at her alma mater, taking with students about the current youth mental health crisis, at 2 p.m. on Wednesday.

She will be joined by student leaders and superintendent Doctor Tawana Grover.


The new initiative is part of a partnership with Hazel Health that they hope to take statewide to help student across Iowa.
